THE COACH
My name is Lourna, and UNBOUND grew out of my own lived experience of continuous self-discovery. Not that this is complete, it's a lifelong journey. I have learned to fall in love with the journey itself and to make choices from a place of clarity and inner peace. I have chosen a path of living unbound.
I don’t believe people need fixing. I believe they need clarity and support to take responsibility and act on what they already know is true. To fully own and embody their powerful nature.
My role as a coach is to help you see what’s shaping your decisions, change what no longer serves you, and support you in living in alignment with your highest potential.
